Using Google Fonts in Framer

Framer has the entire Google Fonts library built in. You can use any Google Font for free in your template without any extra setup.

How to Apply a Google Font

  1. Select a text element on the canvas, or open a text style via Assets.

  2. Click the font name field in the right panel.

  3. Start typing the name of any Google Font (e.g., "Lora", "Manrope", "Space Grotesk").

  4. Framer searches Google Fonts in real time — select your font from the results.

  5. The font loads and applies immediately.

💡 Tip: Visit fonts.google.com to browse and preview font combinations before applying them in Framer. You can also use the "Popular pairings" section on any font's page for curated suggestions.

⚠️ Note: Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers when visitors view your site. This is generally fast and reliable, but if you need fully self-hosted fonts, you'll need to use a custom font (supported on Framer's paid plans).
